The Block and Section details will be checked against the address; please ensure spelling is correct.

Block and section details can be obtained from the ACTMAPi web site.
Enter the site, select the search button (binoculars) and then enter your suburb and street. This lists all properties on that street and includes a block/section.

Select an application category, and, where sub categories are listed, select at least one sub category, though you may select more than one. If there are no subcategories listed then entry is not required.

Please review your application details below. If the details are accurate click 'Next' to attach supporting documents.

• Each file must be a pdf file, maximum file size is 8 MB
• You must attach at least one file to the application
• File Names may be a maximum of 250 characters in length
• Files must be selected and attached individually
• Each file must have a description eg 'Demolition Plan', 'Full set'
• Once you have completed attaching files, hit the 'Submit Application' button to confirm submission,
• If you do not have all required attachments and want to cancel submission, then hit the 'Cancel Application' button,
• If you close the browser window without hitting the 'Submit Application' button then your application will not be saved.
