The program
This two-year program is designed for recent graduates (within the last 2 years) or those graduating this year with a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, power systems, systems engineering, data and analytics, or similar.
You will rotate roles across multiple business areas while being supported by fellow engineers and leaders. Our business areas include, Strategy and Operations, Customer Delivery, Major Projects and Network Services.

How to apply
Eligibility
An applicant must have:
- Recently graduated (within the last 2 years), or be graduating this year, with a Bachelor in electrical engineering, power systems, systems engineering, data and analytics, or similar.
- Previous experience working in a team-based role and/or evidence of teamwork outside of work (e.g, extra-curricular activities, sporting teams, social groups).
- A passion for driving positive safety behaviour.
