Evoenergy is conducting a customer survey, in partnership with The Centre for International Economics, to better understand future household and business energy needs across the ACT and parts of NSW.

This survey will help shape our next five-year gas plan, guiding how we continue to provide safe and reliable gas as Australia, and the ACT move towards a net zero future.

What you should know

If you’re a gas customer in the ACT or parts of NSW, you may receive an email invitation from us to participate in the survey. The survey will focus on the current and future energy needs of your household or business, including your thoughts on gas and electric appliances.

The survey is being conducted by independent research company The Centre for International Economics, and all responses will be confidential.
